At ApnaStoreByEmaan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the process simple and transparent.


✅ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products that are damaged, worn, altered, or without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Certain items such as perfumes, cosmetics, undergarments, and customized outfits are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

✅ Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
  • Customers are responsible for two-way shipping charges in case of exchange requests.

✅ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayFast, bank transfer, or cash on delivery reversal).
  • Please note: Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
