✅ Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products that are damaged, worn, altered, or without original tags will not be accepted.
- Certain items such as perfumes, cosmetics, undergarments, and customized outfits are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
✅ Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for two-way shipping charges in case of exchange requests.
✅ Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayFast, bank transfer, or cash on delivery reversal).
- Please note: Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
